Batsheva Markowitz is Creator/ Designer of Sparkle by Design, a new clothier creating fun, whimsical and sparkly duds for infants and children through juniors sizes. Batsheva's patent pending Binkie-Tee line of infant clothing features a permanently-fixed pacifier holder that can't be pulled off by a child. All the clothes are 100% combed cotton, made in the USA and embellished with Swarovski crystals. Batsheva has a Masters in Special Education and has helped children with special needs cope with the hardships of day to day living. A portion of the company's proceeds is donated to The Beacon of Light program helping children with mild to severe disabilities receive a just and equal education. Another portion is donated to the various advocate agencies that help families with disabled children fight for their rights in the education system.
